The 21st annual Off the Beaten Path Studio Tour features 21 professional artists’ studios located “off the beaten path” within a 30 mile radius of the Historic Stone County Courthouse Square in Mountain View, Arkansas.  The Tour offers a glimpse inside the private studios of painters, potters, weavers, fiber artists, jewelers, photographers, and more. The Off the Beaten Path Studio Tour is a grass roots event created by a group of working artists and community patrons with shared purpose and vision: to showcase the fine and functional artists in our community.

Our mission is to showcase and increase awareness and appreciation of the Arkansas Ozarks’ finest professional artists, as well as rural cultural institutions that are “off the beaten path”.

VISION STATEMENT

The goal of the Off the Beaten Path Studio Tour is to be recognized locally and nationally as a premier cultural adventure for art lovers and collectors by offering fine work for acquisition while providing an interactive educational experience in working studios, and providing social, cultural and economic development connections between the artists and their communities.
