Stained glass is a relatively new passion for me but all of my life I have been learning how to make things. Building things, repurposing and decorating found objects, and surrounding myself with beauty are motivating factors in my life. As soon as I took an introductory lesson in stained glass, I knew it was worth pursuing. I was amazed at how the tools worked. I keep pursuing new techniques to enhance the projects. I use the copper foil method as it is used for Tiffany style lamps. I select the glass, cut out and fit all pieces, then I foil edges and solder. Some pieces also have copper wire overlap and embellishments.
